Production process
Materials Preparation→Mixing→Convey→Extruding→Injection→Cutting→Convey→Drying→Oil Spraying→Seasoning→Packaging

Components
1. Flour Mixer: choose the mixer according to your desired output, 3 types available: 25kg, 50kg, 100kg
2. Screw Conveyor: powered by high efficiency motor
3. Bulking machine: choose different forming machines according to your output requirements (ranging from 130kg/h to 1500kg/h)
4. Elevating Conveyor: conveys mixtures to the oven, the height depends on the oven. A pneumatic conveyor is a suitable alternative
5. Oven: with a gas or electric heating source, the double layer belt inside is made of stainless steel. The temperature can be adjusted between 0°C and 240°C, and the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed.
6. Seasoning Machines: eight square seasoning machines, a double drum seasoning machine, and single drum seasoning machines are available according to your needs.
