Pre-gelatinized starch/modified starch processing line is specially designed for producing denatured starch, modified starch and pre gel starch. Produced modified starch is widely used in textile, food process, oil drilling, paper, construction industries etc.

Double screw extruder adopts modular circular groove screws that are made of high strength and durable hard alloy steel. Different types of products can be created by the combination of screws, allowing for longer usage time. The screw also features different threads and shear section connections that are seamless.
Barrel sections are designed with wear-resistant liners made of hardened alloy for added durability. Additionally, the locating pin connection and high machining accuracy ensure stable operation with minimal maintenance cost. An independent aluminum silicate insulation layer is added to the outer heating ring to avoid heat loss.
This modified starch production line is built to deliver stable performance and a longer usage life, thanks to the use of high grade gearbox and bearings. And it includes automatic lubricating system, filtration system and cooling system, with 20 years of service life guaranteed.
