Can you help me design a workshop?

Of course. Our engineer will help you confirm the process flow and then design the layout according to your workshop size.

How do you deliver the machine to me?

Usually, we pack the equipment with wrapping film and choose the proper logistics to deliver the product to your door.

When will you deliver the order?

It depends. We usually deliver your order within 30 to 60 weekdays. (7 weekdays if the product is in stock)

We are new to the industry. Can you guide us?

Of course. We offer complete equipment solutions, which include a grinder, mixer, extruder, packing machines, workshop layout design, process flow, and power/water/steam/air supply guides.

Our power supply is 415V/440V/220V, can you use your machine?

Yes. The voltage of the motor is customized according to your local power. 415V, 50HZ, 440V, 50HZ and 220V, 60HZ supply are the most common.

Do you provide formulation?

Yes, we offer a variety of formulations.

What service do you offer?

We offer 24/7 pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale service, including training for installation and operation and spare parts supply. ODM and OEM services are also available.
