Features
1. The speed of the conveyor belt is controlled by frequency conversion system. So the centrifugal oil sprayer is ideal to be used in combination with other food processing equipment.
2. The two pairs of oil flingers are made of stainless steel. Driven by high-speed motor, they do parabola movement. So, this centrifugal oil sprayer is able to fog the oil effectively.
3. A stop valve in the oil inlet is available to control the oil mass.
4. In the oil chamber, there is a slot designed to collect the backflow oil and prevent oil dropping on the foods. This ensures uniform oil spraying.
5. This centrifugal oil sprayer is equipped with a special motor to reduce the oil mist loss.
6. Stainless steel oil sprayer body ensures high hygienic standard.
7. An interlayer full of water is installed in the oil storage tank to keep the oil's temperature.
8. An agitating vane in oil storage tank is available to prevent precipitation.
