    The LMC Peanut Sheller cylinder is designed with ease of operation and low maintenance in mind. The shelling grates (or concaves) are easy to change out and can be sharpened as needed. This quick change feature allows the operator to change shelling grates quickly as the size of the peanuts change. Directly driven by its motor and gear reducer, the shelling cylinder will start up under load.

    There are 3 hardened shelling bars in each cylinder. These shelling bars are readily adjustable to give the proper distance between the bars and the shelling grate.

    Our peanut sheller is designed with simple operation and low maintenance in mind. After shelling has been completed by the shelling grates, wind sorting, and specific gravity separating, the shelled peanuts can be stored in their packaging directly. It is an integrated part in oil production and peanut packaging, and features a compact design with easy maintenance and operation.
