In addition to that, we also provide auxiliary machinery or services, like oil tanks, pumps, oil filters, pipes and programs, which can help to monitor the oil level, feed oil automatically, and filter oil, so as to save much more production cost.
- The automatic batch fryer is composed of the frying equipment, de-oiling part, cooling conveyor and control box, etc.
- In order to ensure sanitation standard and precision production, the frying, de-oil and conveying steps are all computer controlled.
- The frying temperature is adjustable, which enables the automatic batch fryer suitable for frying different types of food materials.
- The frying duration and de-oil duration are both adjustable.
- Centrifugal de-oiling device can remove the oil on foodstuff surface and the oil can be recycled.
